The ACNM Board of Directors has established a Board Composition Task Force. The charge is as follows: Establish a taskforce to review composition of the board and make recommendations for reorganization based on goals and strategic priorities of ACNM. This Task Force will be chaired by President-Elect Susan Stone.
We are looking for three representatives from the membership at large in the following categories:
- New midwife (less than three years from initial certification)
- Long standing active member (10 or more years since certification but not an ACNM current or past Board Member)
- An ACNM member with experience on other boards.
There will also be approximately 8 representatives from organizations within the college. We will meet every two to three weeks during January through April via conference call and share information on an ACNM Connect group.
